    Over the last year I have had several appointments as well as some follow up help with medication following a surgery. I have found it’s easy to get an appointment and everyone I have spoken to (reception staff, nurses and GPs) have been friendly, caring, professional and helpful. Thank you for your continued help and thorough aftercare/follow ups.

    I have several health issues, some of which have flared up recently and I have had to make frequent phone calls and visits to the Wall House Surgery. Without exception, everyone I have come into contact with (receptionists, assessment team, nurses, doctors) have been kind, patient and supportive, even when I have been very reluctant to accept the inevitable trip to hospital. My health issues have a huge impact on my quality of life but I am so grateful I am registered with the Wall House Surgery, where I always receive excellent care. During the last week, which has been very difficult, several members of the team have gone 'above and beyond' to do all they could to help. Thank you.

    Can’t fault my recent experience with The Wall House in relation to care for my elderly father. All staff I came in to contact with were caring and empathetic. The triage process was extremely efficient. I was kept up to date with progress and we were fortunate to be visited at home by the ucr team who treated my father with dignity and respect. I needed to visit the surgery to collect a prescription due to processing issues at the local pharmacy and again, the reception staff were efficient and helpful. Follow-up care has been arranged and throughout my interactions with them, the whole team have been proactive and helpful. Feel incredibly fortunate to have received this level of care and service at a time when resources are so stretched. Well done Wall House and thank you.

    Whenever I contact the surgery they are really quick to respond. Tonight I contacted the surgery for some old test results from 2021, within 90 minutes I had received an email with the results. Very thankful for the quick response as we are due to start IVF and needed these results before we progress.

    I was very upset to discover yesterday evening that my tablets had run out. My prescription is normally sent through Boots. I rang them and they said it had not been sent though. I spoke to a very helpful lady in the prescription department at Wallhouse and she reminded me that Boots are meant to request the prescription. She asked me to send an email to Wallhouse marked urgent and they would try to process it either today or tomorrow. I did this.I went to Reigate shortly after this and popped into Boots to ask them to expedite my prescription. To my surprise it was already there and she made it up while I waited. I’m very grateful to Wallhouse Surgery who turned this round so quickly.

Communication between ourselves and our colleagues in other community services, such as the pharmacies, is something we work hard to maintain. The process of getting prescriptions can be tricky to navigate, i is good to hear that our team at the surgery were able to help facilitate a good outcome for you in this situation - they are dedicated to making this bit of the service work well for patients.     I had a very good experience with this practice. All the practitioners I saw took the time to discuss in detail my concerns and they did their best to help. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

    I needed to have a consultation with a pharmacist about whether to start statins. Punctual call, unhurried, very friendly manner, continually checking for understanding and any questions as we went along. Very clear on the technical/ medical side. And open to the options rather than being prescriptive. Very good experience.

    Fantastic experience with both the receptionist and doctor today, they couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately I find the telephone appointment system long, slow and frustrating, so much so that I drove to the surgery to book my appointment because it was quicker.
