The doctors are diagnosing patients without a face to face appointment. All they offer is telephone consultation. You’re told to call at 8:45am if you want an appointment but once you’ve called your left holding behind 40+ patients. Once your call is answered your told no appointments are available. This practice has gone worse since the pandemic. The practice I believe needs an auditor to come & review. Doctors are always either on annual leave or they’re sick. They’ll instead refer you to go A&E or call NHS 111.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you encountered trying to book an appointment. We offer appointments to patients at the reception front desk and patients can telephone the surgery at 8.45am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday, to book an appointment. When a GP appointment is offered to you, you will be asked if you would like a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment. We are advising patients to book appointments online, please ask at reception for further details on how to register or you can download the NHS app. Did you know you can also consult our GPs online and you will get a response back from the GP by the end of the next working day? Visit https://thespitalfieldspractice.nhs.uk. If you would like to discuss your complaint further please do not hesitate to get in contact with our Practice Manager.

  2. Review titled Worst GP surgery ever

Fail to send my repeat prescription to my pharmacy every month. When pertained the medication in the first place I wasn’t seen in person and I had to ask what dosage they were putting me on. Lack of information. Receptionist is rude. Had a telephone conversation with someone while talking to me at the same time. When I was advised by 111 to ask them for a telephone assessment, they couldn’t care less and just told me they had nothing available. I was scarily Ill. I have asthma and anxiety and depression. Not once was nay treatment offered to me. I feel scared to even belong to this practice for my own health. After reading previous reviews I’m concerned that this place is even still open.
