Review titled Poor Service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Sanjay - Posted on 27 March 2024
1) They are only good in telephone GP appointment but after that appointment with phlamotobist or nurse is nightmare. Recently After consultation doctor referred me to walking Xray but no priority defined so result will come after 4-6weeks. They should have given urgent remarks so patients report come soon and right treatment start. Waiting for x-ray results because of their negligence since 3 weeks and suffering is continuing. No responsibility in helping patients so patients can diagnosis at early stage and start right treatment through GP or they can send further referrals to hospital. Thinking of changing GP surgery

Long wait for a routine (but necessary) appt. Called on 2024.01.16 and offered an appointment sometime between 09.00 and 12.30 on 2024.02.06. I was offered to call each day at 8.00 for an urgent same day appointment. Used to offer online appointments via Patient Access but it now repeatedly says that the practice does not currently have any appointment slots that can be booked online. I was given incorrect information about what is required to change my address. I had to go to the practice to fill in my medical exemption renewal form and this was lost by the practice.

Review titled Poor service and no respect
Rated 1 star out of 5

Wrong information given to the patients, no accountability at all. Manager of the practice is not very helpful either, just finding excuses and apologizing. There is no proper communication between the clinicians and patients. Patient's appointments getting cancelled without informing the patients. Not happy at all with how the service is managed at this surgery.

Went through my symptoms quickly and efficiently. However, I did not feel rushed. My mind was put to rest with an assurance that if the treatment was not successful to make contact.

Review titled lack of training to reception staffs
Rated 1 star out of 5

1 I am a patient of Blood sugar, High blood pressure and cholesterol. I have several time repeated for repeat prescription and they told all time that they are unable to accept over the phone and came to the GP surgery. Any one can check this facts. If this is advised from the NHS than strongly condemn this procedure. and if this is a fault of GP surgery then this should be resolved with immediate effect. 2 I am suffering from cough and throat pain since couple of the days and requested to give me telephone appointment due to thinking may be coronavirus symptom but they are not giving me an urgent appointment. I understand the any one call 111 and go to the hospital after becoming serious than what is the duty of the GP practice and procedure should be investigate and sort out on high priority basis. The email should be recorded on the GP surgery website and NHS records so that the patient can be contact with the senior partner.
