I was only able to see a nurse practitioner rather than a Dr but found this experience very good and had a good outcome.

Very professional staff and all the doctors are extremely helpful and carefully listen to the patients. They do not rush you.

Always so easy to book via patches. Service and doctors all superb. Ever time I’ve needed help I’ve always had instant access and an appointment is organised within a couple of hours. Doctor are incredibly helpful and I’m always given a doctor with the best knowledge of a particular condition I’ve booked in for.

I have enjoyed coming to Pinn centre. I have been living in the in the area for just over a year and I have always enjoyed coming to the GP surgery. It’s spacious, modern and always clean.

Patches system works well to arrange appointments when needed. In my experiences to date the drs are usually very helpful and compassionate, but the nurses typically lack a good bedside manner. Basics like introducing themselves are missed. In this Instance I found an odd habit, experienced with other nurses here, where they ask you if you are doing something (ie drinking enough water or eating well), and if you respond yes they then talk at length about why you need to do this. It’s as if they misheard you or don’t believe you, really odd and leaves me with an impression of not being listened to. It’s about broadcasting information instead of a two-way communication between the patient and care provider, which is a shame and less effective in my opinion.

Accessed patchs at 8 am, received call from GP within 30mins and offered appointment for 1242pm the same day. In and out in 10mins with prescription.
