I spent 30 mins with the pharmacist. She was great at explaining the meds I’m on and the new ones I’ll be taking. She went way beyond the call of duty. Very happy with the service

Good service, Gp with good experience, no long waiting time,pharmacist with high qualification, medication prescribed on time,I diagnosed with MS, they sending reminder mesages,about my appointment

The team is always professional, book my appointments on time and make sure I’m attended to. The doctor understands his job and delivers it in an impeccable manner.

The new doctors are very helpful and polite. I got referred very quickly and was assessed thoroughly by the nurse as well. My last surgery told me I was wasting their time and now I am finally being taken seriously by this brilliant surgery. I strongly recommend every one should register here. It’s the best and they have a pharmacist as well. Thanks to everyone at the practice and especially the nurse who spent so much time with me and encouraged me to speak to the doctors.

We have asked for an emergency appointment to see a Doctor many times on behalf of our Mum. When we were finally given one she actually just saw the practice nurse. Our Dad then made an appointment in person at the practice for 28th June. Upon contacting the practice we were informed that this appointment did not exist despite a text message confirmation. on my Mum's phone. After contacting the practice again for an appointment we were then advised to ring in the morning for a hub appointment. I acted on that advice and rang at 7. 58 am. When I finally got through to reception I was informed that no hub appointments were available. The extremely unsympathetic receptionist's advice was to go to a walk in centre or A & E. This is with an eighty nine year old unwell woman! This surgery is uncaring and without compassion.

My medication was reviewed with great care and the process conducted for the Asthma review was quite easy. It was explained in details by the pharmacist.

I have been with this gp for a number of years and cannot really fault him he has been a very good gp to me and my family and always willing to help where he can. I called today to discuss new concerns and issues i have been facing lately and the gp was a great help. I couldnt have asked for anything more. The only let down of this practice is the nursing staff who rushes and does not take care or doesnt really listen to the patient leading to mistakes which has led to a serious impact on my health while they are not rude the attitude can use a great improvement. But again have nothing but praise for the actual gp and I would recommend this practice just because of him. Especially based off my experience today and in the past year.

After being told i had cancer in my neck i have found doctor to be very helpful with my treatment and I would highly recommend this practical to anyone the doctor is very polite and very professional in his job.
