I had an appointment today Appointments are extremely easy to make reception staff are very helpful and doctors is absolutely great a very helpful surgery with all staff really very experienced and very helpful waiting times are under 10 minutes

Excellent and good customer service . Service provided was brilliant , welcome by reception staff . Arrived before time and did not have to wait for long. I felt listened to.

It was a good experience from the GP.i went to get a letter from GP,which took only 5 minutes for me.The service was very good and Iam happy with it.

I booked an appointment to see a GP and saw a Practice Associate who could not issue a sick note certificate, he advised to ask receptionist to get GP to look at his notes and issue one, i was told that i would have to make a separate appointment and this was not available for another 3 weeks, but if i paid £20 i could have one the next day, i refused to pay and asked the GP to call me to discuss this, no call , so when i called i was told one had been issued to collect. I then needed to extend my Sickness and called to ask for an extension of my sick note to be told i would need another appointment which was not available but i could pay £20 cash only to get a certificate , i had no choice but to pay this because i needed this to work (i also work for the NHS), i feel this is very unfair and not sure this is legal to ask this .

As usual our appointment with the senior nurse our concerns were dealt with thoroughly in a pleasant professional way making us feel at ease.

I went for new patient registration, the process was simple and quick. The appointment was scheduled within 2 days of registration. Basic medical history questions were asked by the pharmacist, BP, Oxygen level, height and weight was checked. They recommended for a blood test and I was informed that if there is any thing not right in the report I will be contacted. Overall I had a new and good experience as of now since I dint experience any of these in my previous GP. It was just the online registration and they dint call for the normal check up in my previous GP's. So,I recommend Oval practice for the people in dagenham who wish to register for new GP as it is easy to locate, friendly staff and quick appointments given. Thank you

I spent 30 mins with the pharmacist. She was great at explaining the meds I’m on and the new ones I’ll be taking. She went way beyond the call of duty. Very happy with the service

Good service, Gp with good experience, no long waiting time,pharmacist with high qualification, medication prescribed on time,I diagnosed with MS, they sending reminder mesages,about my appointment
