Review titled Thank you
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Many thanks to the helpful reception staff for helping me to sort an issue with my medication, the ladies helped me with the pharmacy and went above and beyond. I’m very grateful. Not enough praise goes to the staff who tirelessly help out day after day.

Needed an increase in medication which was not done. Spoke to 3 different receptionists over 2 days, told each the details of what was needed and all promised to phone me back. So far no one has

Review titled Terrible, worst on Sheppey
Rated 1 star out of 5

So, where to start, while my nan was dying with cancer, she was meant to be prescribed morphine to help with the pain and her comfort, multiple times this wasn't done, and we had a constant battle to get things sorted, they made everyone ones lives more awkward and hard then it had to be, they don't really want to help, the staff are lazy and rude, they don't like giving appointments out.

Review titled Disappointing
Rated 1 star out of 5

My son and his partner have been trying to get appointment for their nearly 2 year old daughter. She has been unwell for few days and has developed a rash. Told to send photo of rash and Doctor will contact you. Did not receive a call back, rang surgery to be told doctor left note oh photo could be chicken pox?, obviously couldnt be bothered to actually ring them as promised. No appointments available if your worried go to walk in ?. Given that we have a health alert about Strep A and Scarlet Fever from Public Health this service is not acceptable for a young child. They have been trying to see a doctor since Sunday evening. What happened to making appointments available for children. Shame on you for the service you are currently offering.
