On behalf of my wife and I we wish to thank you for the excellent patient care and support given by the Doctor. In my case I have multiple health issues and at every stage we have been and given terrific care and support, which is so much appreciated. Nothing has been too much trouble thanks so much.

Over a number of years i have experienced excellent service at the Microfaculty at all levels and often when the staff and GPs have been under severe pressure. I thank them all for their care and support over many years.

We were with this GP practice for more than 10 years. However in the last 2 years I am very disappointed with their services and approach to my family needs, especially with the introduction of their "phone consultations". It is ridiculous to ask me to examine my kids over the phone!!!!!! And this is every time no matter what! A total disaster!!!!I am going to another GP practice!

Have a chest infection and was recommended to take lemon and honey for my diagnosis despite me asking for antibiotics. I’ve accepted we can no longer get a face to face consultation but to then be given a ridiculous solution to ease my infection Lemon and honey is what I was taking anyway and if that was helping me I wouldn’t have bothered to make an appointment. I went to A& E instead and had to wait five hours to get the antibiotics that this GP could have just prescribed me. This GP practice is a joke.

Slightly early which is great.nurse was very friendly knew what she was doing and it was over in 10 mins just as it should be.

Another great experience. Submitted and online consultation at 2:30, within one hour I had a face to face appointment booked for the next day for our little one. Brilliant service as always.

I have been a patient at the surgery for around four years and both doctors have been incredibly supportive, kind and really informative. Without their knowledge and experience I would not have had the referrals and investigations I needed. I have always felt listened to and trust their recommendations. The doctors really do go above and beyond to help their patients. Yes the surgery is busy and appointments may be difficult to get at times but that is not because the doctors do not care or want to help their patients, it is because they are very busy and trying their best under the current pressures on the NHS. The reception staff, the nurse and everyone else I have had interactions with have also been really polite, friendly and helpful and I cannot recommend the surgery enough. Thank you to everyone at the surgery!

I have recently had a left hip replacement at a private hospital through the nhs as recommended by this surgery and dr. The surgery have been so accomadating and offering an incredible high level of service to be found and compared with any high end organisation. I had concerns post operative and e mailed this surgery and dr for a prescription and advice on progression and was contacted immediatly on a saturday and again on a sunday with a prescription for medication, and advice following photographic evidence i sent for a diagnosis of not to worry over a weekend! I had not expected a response until the monday but to my amazement the dr personally e mailed me and re assured me that everything was on track and looking good. My post operative suture removal was organised along with a sick note extension all within a matter of hours following the initial email This to me is going not only over and beyond, but highlights what a great tight organisation with great administration and communication but, incredible and management. Well done thi e.4 surgery as a whole and heart felt gratitude to one fantastic doctor

Two econsultation sent in one week for our poorly additional needs son, no response from GPS, when surgery contacted denied ever receiving them despite us receiving confirmation of receipt and saying gp would contact us. We have always been satisfied with this practice prior to this episode

The worst surgery I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Their phone lines are never open in the mornings, just cut off when you try calling, tried over 100 times this morning alone. And on the off chance you do get through you're told there are no appointments left, who are they giving them to if nobody can get through?

Good Evening, As this is anonymous it is difficult to call and speak to you. We apologise for all the difficulties experienced today. We had a major breakdown with our telephony service which BT took a whole day to rectify. We did advertise this on our website first thing this morning, we had calls diverted to mobiles within the practice however this did cause delays with keeping up the pace of our normal answering service. The appointments still managed to be taken so we were receiving calls via the divert for this to happen. I realise this has caused you distress, but I really hope you can understand how the appointments were used via mobile divert. Regards,
