  1. Review titled Horrendous

Rated 1 star out of 5

The worst surgery I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Their phone lines are never open in the mornings, just cut off when you try calling, tried over 100 times this morning alone. And on the off chance you do get through you're told there are no appointments left, who are they giving them to if nobody can get through?

Good Evening, As this is anonymous it is difficult to call and speak to you. We apologise for all the difficulties experienced today. We had a major breakdown with our telephony service which BT took a whole day to rectify. We did advertise this on our website first thing this morning, we had calls diverted to mobiles within the practice however this did cause delays with keeping up the pace of our normal answering service. The appointments still managed to be taken so we were receiving calls via the divert for this to happen. I realise this has caused you distress, but I really hope you can understand how the appointments were used via mobile divert. Regards,

I had to submit this review about my Dr and surgery after being 25 yrs our family Dr. With my curent condition the Dr and surgery team have been so supportive and helpful inevtiable going over and beyond everytime when dealing with an issue or repeat prescrition. I am sure every team member at this practice works far more hours than required just to ensure we the patients get seen and dealt with on a personal level and with such care and commitment. We really do appreciate your hard work and care team Huge 'Well done' on behalf of all patients at this practice keep up the great work

  3. Review titled Excellent service and caring practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Sharon B - Posted on 19 November 2022

I have been a patient with the Microfaculty for a number of years and have always received an extremely caring, efficient and professional service. The professionalism starts from the minute you speak with the receptionist right the way through to the GP. The receptionist always go above and beyond to assist you in every way and always ensure that they call you back or deal with whatever service that you require. You feel cared about right from the start. Over the years, my GP has always made me feel that he has time for me and is extremely thorough and caring with both myself and my family. This is highly appreciated as I am fully aware of the ever increasing and continuous demands that is put upon NHS staff and GPs in particular. I wanted to share my appreciation with the Microfaculty team and thank you again for all of your hard work, dedication and help over the years, especially during such demanding and difficult times. Many thanks.
