    I have just been in for my annual vaccinations. Easy to arrange. Efficient SMS reminders. Minimal wait on the day. Injections given by a skilled and friendly nurse. Absolutely excellent.

    Following a weekend of recurrence of an old issue, I filled in an E-Consult early in Monday. I was very pleased to be phoned and offered an appointment on the same day The doctor had read the E-Consult, listened, was open and clear, discussed options and prescribed medication which was then clearly explained. I could not have been happier with the attention and speed of treatment.

    The reception staff were really helpful and responsive and the Nurse practitioner was very efficient and got me in to see the correct people very quickly.

    Was seen by the practice nurse at short notice. Saw the nurse at the appointment time promptly and received excellent treatment and service. Very pleased with this practice which has improved significantly over the last few months.

    I was given a time slot of 9:30-11:30am for a phone call appt. The doctor phoned 2hrs 15 mins after this! Whilst I understand appts can run over, I feel a text should've been sent out to me letting me know. Ideally I think phone appts should be given short time slots like normal in person appointments because it’s not fair that I had to cancel all other plans and sit there waiting almost 5 hours for a call.
