    Had an appointment. Lovely nurse asked Lots of questions. Came out feeling very satisfied with the results

    I was given a time slot of 9:30-11:30am for a phone call appt. The doctor phoned 2hrs 15 mins after this! Whilst I understand appts can run over, I feel a text should've been sent out to me letting me know. Ideally I think phone appts should be given short time slots like normal in person appointments because it’s not fair that I had to cancel all other plans and sit there waiting almost 5 hours for a call.

    Call came on time, friendly doctor, clear description of results. I did receive seven text reminders which did seem rather a lot

    The GP I saw was extremely helpful and explained my needs and was willing to lesson to my needs. I will ask for him as and when I need to see a Doctor. I have confidence in him.

    Able to book our covid and flu jabs easily and they were administered quickly and efficiently by the practice nurse.

    My experience was very poor. The staff seem to hide behind computer systems. Even eavig an honest review seems to be a problem.

    Came in for a Covid and flu jab. Everything was super well organised. I came in a couple of minutes before my appointment. I was called in immediately and was out within 5 minutes flat. The nurse was lovely and engaging. Very impressed!

    I attended the surgery on time and was called forward in less than 2 minutes. The Nurse was welcoming and informative and she completed the two doses without delay. She had a calming and cheerful demeanour throughout and I left the treatment room after 5 minutes with a smile on my face and the thought that if only all such medical encounters could be as positive and professional as this had been then we would all feel the better for our interactions patients/practitioners.
