…by the outstanding treatment I have received today. I am a new patient at The Lighthouse and am able to say the practice is zinging with emotional literacy. From the call taker, who recorded my symptoms this morning, to the two phone calls, staff could not have been kinder or more professional. I was given a GP appointment for this morning and could not have asked for a more professional, clinically sound or kind doctor. Thank you very much.

I was seen face to face the morning I presented symptoms by phone to reception . Pneumonia was present as part of chest infection . Penicillin prescribed . A repeat experience 12 days later as infection still present and was seen immediately on a busy post bank holiday day. I am grateful triage worked so efficiently in this case. Thank you.
