Dreadful service. Impossible to get through to get an appointment just constantly engaged for hours. I’ve now resorted to paying for a private gp. Do not use it.

I try to book some appoitment by phon three hundred calls and no answearing then I go to reception to book appoitment then lady on reception said they cannot book on desk I must back home and keep trying call. I back home and keep trying call now seven houndred call then answar after 9 am and then said dosent have any more appoitment try call tommorow.
