    My appointment was for 11.00 so I got there five minutes early and logged in then at 11. 35 I was still waiting to be seen so I asked at the reception what was going on but I got no reason or an apology has I had other things to do I had to leave. Not very good customer service

    I was able to be seen next day and was seen by a pharmacist (not doctor) who knew what was needed

    Have to do online form to get any appointments and decided ..hard to put into words the issues at times ..also hard to get an appointment when as a patient feel it's necessary to have face to face ...not sure how certain issues cam be diagnosed when not seen or examined at all

    No problems around booking appointments and easy to access with online accurx form for any clinical or non-clinical queries. Had travel vaccinations recently without any problems. Great service. Thank you and keep up the good work.

    Went to see my doctor on Monday 8th,didn't wait long.I must say how really nice and caring she was,she had time and patience and listened to everything I had to say.She was very kind,helpful and gave me lots of advice

    Spoke to doctor he explained everything and was very helpful and prescribed me medication to help and I’d been suffering bad cramps in body , he did blood tests and everything was fine except for a couple of tests which were just out of sync , he explained that these could be causing cramps and to try medication for few weeks and if no better to get back in touch for a face to face appointment

    This is the worst practice they have no care for young children I had to literally push for an appointment for my child and when they finally booked him he was fobbed of by the doctor even after explaining we have tried his method and stressed the condition was getting worse and the next day it led to an infection and now they are once again passing us to other agencies when the child should be seen as a priority

    Been dealing with chest pains for past 6-7 weeks now and doctors don’t seem bothered about it 1 bit I’ve had to go hospital so many times all for them to tell me go back to my doctor for him to give me an appointment in 3 weeks time I haven’t just got chest pains I’ve got high heart rate. And the hospital doctors have asked for my gp to do a blood test and they’re refusing to do 1. I’m thinking about leaving this doctors if I’m honest.

    I had a recent appointment with the pharmacist practitioner. I feel this went really well! I received good quality care, and was listened to. I feel the examination was thorough, and left with an outcome I am happy with. My overall experience was a very good one, the practitioner was professional, had good manners and thought outside of the box also. No faults at all on this occasion. Thank you for your hard work and continued good practice!
