Had a follow-up blood test recently, the phlebotomist was great. She was very careful and understood my anxiety about needles. She talked to me as she undertook the procedure which relaxed me and made me feel at ease. Thank you. The receptionist was also helpful , answering a question about a repeat prescription. All in all would recommend this practice.

The doctor was really good at explaining everything. She made me feel listens to and promptly advised me to have further tests. Surgery made appointment for blood tests for the following week so am happy with service.

It was on time, very professional , my mum is 85 years old she suffers from joint pain and very hard to move and the nurse was very patient and helpful

Went for a blood test and arrived early. Checked in and was seen at once. Painless and quick blood test. I was out of the surgery 10 minutes before my appointment. Was back with elderly mother before she properly realised I wasn’t there.

Following a back trauma I was set up though the paramedic emergency service with a doctor surgery physio appointment a fee days later.. all went swimmingly well and I was extremely satisfied with his advice.. the receptionist was helpful in referring to my recent blood tests for diabetes and whilst initially cool, melted on me being polite and cheerful

Had an appointment with pharmacist who was very helpful with how and when was best to take certain medication. Also helped in reassuring me of a new medication I was using. The receptionist at iver tried very hard to get what I wanted on prescription request. I really appreciate how kind people can be. So important when your feeling unwell.
