Waiting room is adequately spacious and enough chairs for patients. Staff friendly and attentive and helpful. Appointment for next review was booked in advance

My husband and I attended The Ivers Practice today. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist when we arrived. Our appointment's was on time with the health care assistant. The service we experienced was excellent. Thank you

All the staff are great helpful and extremely polite. Excellent and professional service. Had a telephone consultation with a very friendly GP who dealt with my condition in a friendly and professional manner.

Have had 2 appointments in 2 weeks for health checks and ‘ladies stuff’, all can be intrusive, but the nurse/health made me feel very relaxed .

I received a warm welcome from the receptionist when I arrived at the Trewarden surgery on Thursday 8th August. My appointment was on time with the nurse. The service I experienced was excellent. Thank you!

Yesterday I had to call to sort out a medication that had been left of my prescription. The Receptionist I spoke to said she would email inhouse Pharmacist and itwould be dealt with today. At 9am this morning, I received a text from the Pharmacist text me to assure me it had been done. I went in Iver Heath Medical Centre today for blood tests, another young Receptionist was extremely friendly and agreed to pass my Thanks onto the one who had dealt with my problem. Both these Receptionist are young ladies and very friendly, extremely helpful and they are front house of the Surgery. So again Thank you both, they made me smile. Also the blood test lady who took my blood today and who is also friendly, caring and always makes me laugh when I go in to see her, which is alot! Thank you.

Came in for a Cervical Screening and more contraception and the nurse I saw was super friendly, very chatty and very efficient! In and out in no time and she made me feel very comfortable.
