Thankfully I have only used the practice on no more than 4 occasions over the last 10 years or so However I did have to take my late mother on a number of occasions My last experience was very good- efficient, polite and on time, with excellent follow up services

came for flu jab. Efficiently done. Nurse, cheerful. Had a few questions at reception, they were all helpful.

Van be hard to get an appointment at short notice, the only way is to go there in person first thing. Staff are always helpful

Since the surgeries re-organisation it has become more welcoming, particularly the reception staff, a friendly experience

The administrative staff are all pleasant and helpful and they try hard to communicate. Recently I have had a blood test, which was easy to arrange. I was offered flu and covid vaccinations in early September, which is the best yet. I completed an online detailed questionnaire to review my medications. Within 24 hours I was told that my Pharmacist would contact me, and she did, and listened to my suggestion on a change of prescription, which was agreed. Very satisfied and appreciate huge current pressure on GP practices. Thank you so much.

Easy to book by phone but the online app which they ask you to use never seems to work, very quick and efficient. Friendly staff, would recommend

I have been with GP for 9 years. I have no complaints. Everyone is so amazing and friendly. Dr's, nurses and receptionist staff are so helpful and supportive when ever you need help and advice. They go above and beyond to try to help and book an appointment when needed. Thank you so much to everyone for working so hard and looking after us.

Called at 8.30am got an appointment for 10.30am. Told receptionist my symptoms she was caring and professional. Saw the nurse who was thorough and supportive as always! Thank you.
