    The nurse helped me very much . Great service got my diagnosis sorted with a doctor. They both helped me and put me in the picture of what was wrong . I found this very thorough and good service.

    I had an appointment with the phlebotomist for a blood test and she was fantastic. Very friendly which put me at ease. Usually I have difficulty having blood taken from my arm but she managed it first time without any discomfort to myself (and I didn’t leave looking like a pin cushion!). A really lovely lady!

    I attended with my Grandaughter and saw a doctor who was prepared to listen to her without putting to much pressure on me. As a patient with severe mental health problems after having a very traumatic few days resulting in some very painful physical injuries which exacerbated my mental health problems the Dr was very thorough and understanding. My Grandaughter explained everything to the Dr from A to Z once the Dr was clear and understood my distressing situation the help my Grandauaghter got me from the Dr was first class

    GP seen on day booked appointment and physiotherapist appointment made and follow up phone call received later same day to tell me to attend local hospital for X-ray for arthritis pain

    These practices are woefully behind the times when it comes to technical and digital investment. As the NHS is going through such a digital transformation this feels disappointing and has a huge impact on my patient experience. Good GPs have sadly left the practice and reception staff could benefit from some compassion and customer care training. Repeat prescriptions despite being available to order via an app do not work and you absurdly have to fill in a paper form and pop into the practice. Not ideal for patients who have long working days. Complaints take 7-14 days to respond to and the overall service delivered by the practice is average at best and disappointing and failing at worst. These practices need to move with the times get up to date with technology and ensure that patient interaction is effortless. It is sadly far from that at present. There is no online chat/messaging support and when you phone you have to be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. Inefficient and sadly ineffective.
