blood test appointment made for the next day.arrived early and got seen early. the nurse had great bedside manner and manged to draw blood with ease , i always had trouble giving blood previously. very re assuring.

Had a pre-arranged phone appointment with GP which was punctual and helpful. The GP was polite and gave me time to say whatever was necessary.

All the staff is very nice, helped me everytime. About reception's person, she can be more kindly but is not a big problem. Thank you for all your help

Very friendly staff. Short waiting times. Clear and precise appointment tv that shows the room and name of patient and is also spoken for patients that have poor vision

I rang in morning, got appointment for afternoon. Was seen close to appointment time. Dr very thorough and arranged various tests.

I haven't needed a GP appointment for a long time, but my asthma nurse, who is also a practioner nurse, and treated me for a recent urgency, was marvellous. I got the same treatment as I would have received in A&E in 20 minutes! I can get through to the administration and they're always courteous and caring. Wonderful, in such challenging times. Thank you so very much.

I rang for an appointment as I had a suspicious lump on my leg and mentioned I had had a Blood clot in the past. I got an appt that morning and the locum who saw me referred me straight away to Wexham hospital. Very efficient service.

The receptionist is always calm and effective when called which is not often. I had to wait in a queue of 17 callers when I did call but it went down fairly quickly. The receptionist managed to get me the required appointment on the day via a phone consultation which I did request

I went for a blood test and the service provided was friendly, quick and efficient. The nurse put me at ease straight away and the whole process was painless.
