Queued for appointment, inevitable these days, but when I got through receptionist was polite and very helpful. Appointment with doctor was arranged. Doctor was very kind, took my concerns seriously (I was not fobbed off), and investigations are being set in place. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

You can never get an appointment even if you have a 3 month old baby you’re seriously concerned about. The doctor I had my 6 week check with didn’t want to answer any of my queries just wanted to tick the boxes and told me to book a different appointment, wasn’t aware of much baby information and had to google some of my questions. Never had a good experience here.

Most receptionists are nice however one is extremely patronising. Have had many appointments recently and no doctor seems to be confident they can help me, I just keep returning with the same issues. Had a doctor look at one of my hospital diagnoses the other day and say ‘what the hell is that!’ … not something that fills me with hope.

I cannot praise my surgery enough, all staff, doctors, nurses and front desk go out of their way to help. We are very lucky to belong to this practice.

Had an appointment within 2hours diagnosed correctly medicine within another hour and also another appointment for full health check booked as well

Always manage to get an appointment (may have to wait for face to face / call, like everyone else), reception staff polite and helpful make me feel like I matter and they care that I receive the right treatment for my needs. GP / Nurse always call at appointment time

Receptionist welcoming and in and out in 5 minutes 👍😁 Sometimes have had trouble to get an appointment but hopefully with new systems this will improve
