I had to contact the practice last week due to concerns about my elderly mother’s health. I received excellent service from the Receptionist who liaised with the Duty doctor. Following a telephone discussion with him, he saw Mum later that afternoon and she ended up being admitted to Wexham Park Hospital. Subsequent to her discharge I have had to contact the surgery again to sort out her new repeat prescription items and I was again extremely impressed with the courteous , helpful service offered to me. I extend my thanks to all the staff at Iver Medical Centre who do a very difficult job and often do not get the praise they are due.

They really don't deserve a long constructive review so I'll only highlight the following: reception as a wall you cannot pass; when you do, medical staff have low morale and no interest in assisting you: no follow ups, forgetting tests and prescriptions, no prevention, not reading your record at all, ignorance, and a long etc. You can face rude and patronizing attitude most of the time. I just try to avoid contacting them. I'm past being alarmed or disappointed, I just feel depressed I have no access to medical care except 111 and a&e.

Staff at both practices, have been very helpful and friendly. Have sorted out my problems with appointments very quickly and professionally. I can't fault them, although the appointments were running late, but not a problem. Very good!

The ivers practice is helpful and they try to see patients quickly and efficiently. The staff are expert , the computer systems usually work.

Always go above and beyond. Sometimes hard to get an appointment but they try their best. I have never had a bad experience

We have to wait more than half hour with kid despite reaching earlier than our appointment time. There was no response and execute for delay which was very surprising.

I had an injury to my leg which resulted in me visiting the surgery twice a week for around 7 weeks. Can't thank the nurses at the surgery enough for their professional work and dedication.

I rang in the morning, a very helpful receptionist listened to the resin for my call and gave me a face to face p.m appointment with a doctor. After arrival I waited approximately 5 minutes and then was called in. The doctor was very professional and pleasant and I left feeling confident in my treatment.

This was a really good experience. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful to me when making my appointment. The doctor contacted me at the agreed time and listened intently to my symptoms and concerns. He really went all out to help me also putting my mind at ease being professional at all times
