I have just come back from heart surgery and went to the surgery to have sutures removed. Also for general inspection of my wounds. The young lady who looked after me was angel. Thank you so very much.

Every time I have the incorrect amount amount given as I have breathing problems I get stressed and breathless over this matter and they definitely don’t believe me when I tell them the amount I need and what I get as they check to see what I’ve been given by my local pharmacy

I have had two appointments with the nurse and I felt she was very pleasant and helped me with my problem although have to be referred back to a clinic.

Greatly improved online method for asking for medical help. Well done Iver for being so efficient during this very difficult time for the NHS. So much better than waiting on the phone from 8.30 in the morning. Information is triaged privately and a text sent offering the necessary help.

Very happy with the doctor I saw, very thorough and ordered an array of tests to be done because he knew how worried I was due to my pervious medical history

The member of staff, who was taking blood for the first time, did a great job, supervised by a colleague. Thete was a bit of a wait and it took a little longer than usual but that was fine.

Amazing staff always friendly. And supportive. I was concerned about my new medication. And contacted the surgery. Within a few hours I received a call back. The pharmacist explained fully about my medication and put my mind at rest.
