    I had pneumonia in November 2022 which recurred in December...after 2 lots of antibiotics I still had a virus in my lungs and had to have a 3rd lot of antibiotics with which I was very unwell, therefore I only took them for 1 week and not the 2 weeks, as discussed with my doctor. A following chest x ray was clear, however another sputum test showed I now had another virus in my lungs [pseudomonas] for which I was prescribed a 4th lot of antibiotics. The care and treatment that I received in the 3 months of being unwell from the medical team was so good that I felt compelled to leave a positive review. The leading doctor in my treatment, I feel, was beyond kind and showed so much interest and concern,albeit over the telephone, that I felt reassured and safe in my treatment and ongoing recovery.

    I just want to say that this surgery is in my opinion the best in the country any time we have ever had to contact them they have been brilliant, no problem getting Appointments the reception staff the paramedic and all the Doctors and team are so good I could not wish for a better surgery so attentive and caring, Thanks so much, Mark Dixon and Fiona Clark from Redhill Rh1 6qx.

    Greystone House surgery staff are always friendly, efficient and above all compassionately find you the help you need. My recent contacts with staff have shown how much they advocate for what you need quickly in order to support you for your medical issues. The website messaging service is easy to use and helps prevent unnecessary phone calls and helps you to get the service you need from the right clinician. I am a working patient and they have scheduled appointments and telephone calls around my working hours. Thanks to all the team your tireless work is really appreciated.

    almost impossible to get someone on the phone. On hold for 15 minutes just to try and get a covid booster jab. Awful customer service

    I am so sorry you found it difficult to get through to us on our phones, Monday is an exceptionally busy day. You might want to try our website www.greystonesurgery.nhs.uk as this is monitored through the day and many have said this is the quickest and easiest way to seek medical assistance or obtain an appointment. If you still prefer to call us that is absolutely fine but maybe leave it until a little later in the day, or us our call back service. Thank you again for your feedback.     After a dermatology referral, I attended a clinic in Southwater, followed by an early appointment at East Surrey for a minor op. I thought the concept of a “peripatetic” specialist, using a GP surgery was superb, especially as the hospital appt. could be made immediately.
