Used to be able to see a Doctor - now after COVID you have to call every day at 8am (and cant get through) just to get an appointment which is nearly impossible. they seem to have taken advantage of COVID to restrict access - staff on reception do their best but it is just awful trying to get any help. 8am as well when you are working or have kids is impossible - the whole approach has gone backwards and is geared around the system and not the patient.

this morning i phoned about 9 am for an appointment with a GP and was told their were no slots available today which i was fine with. So i asked if i could book a slot for tomorrow but was told I would need to phone again at 8am tomorrow. That didn't make sense. I appreciate its a busy practice but so is 8am in the morning for families trying to get kids to school.
