Had a call with a doctor earlier and was left in tears as they are very rude and have zero people skills.

Went for my 'flu jab. There was a short queue but everything was organised promptly and efficiently. Well done Hadleigh Practice for continuing to offer such good service.

We had our flu shot and it was discovered that on our records our Covid vaccine had not been registered which we had on Thursday 3/10/2024. The nurse and assistant were very concerned and will look into the issue.

Welcoming, kind and reassuring. The flu vaccination process was well organised and staff were efficient and on hand to show us where to go.

Despite all the angst about the National Health Service, I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I have received this week and for the protection it provides me. Over 6 days I will have had 4 different services, all delivered timely and efficiently. Two were at Hadleigh House: Firstly I applaud the organisation, efficiency, cheerfulness and speed with which flu jabs were delivered on Saturday morning, 5.10.24. My other appointment was a long term condition review on 3.10.24, also delivered promptly with courtesy and cheerfulness. Thank you
