I've not seen any of the doctors in recent months so can't comment on them but the nurses are very pleasant and the reception staff are, without exception, excellent: friendly and helpful.

Invited for a flu jab & a routine blood pressure check, I was able to combine both in a single visit. I mentioned that I hadn't had a cholesterol check for some time and it had been high in the past, so the person checked my records & booked me in for a "full bloods" check. Both sessions gave me confidence I was being dealt with by experienced health professionals and were completed quickly and painlessly.

I messaged the practice about symptoms I was experiencing on Monday evening and I had a reply on Tuesday morning. This was followed by a phone call on Tuesday afternoon and shortly after speaking to my GP had a prescription issued to my local pharmacy the same day. Excellent, quick advice and service. Thank You!

I had to send message to get doctor to expailn what had happened to me few weeks a go as hospital didn’t I was a bit upset that I had to send email but sorted now Just waiting for Phisio now to help with my walking

I visited Practice, I was treated with respect and felt valued. The nurse taking my bloods struggled to find a vein but advised to visit another next door and I was swiftly dealt with. All in all a good experience every time I visit.

When I signed up to the surgery I was taken off all my meds to have a mental health assessment. That was 10 month ago I am still waiting for the assessment and struggle to keep going day to day

I contacted the practice via patches, it took a couple of attempts because I didn't realise I had to fill out all the pages. I filled the first page saying what was matter then thought I just submitted it. So I would say if you don't get confirmation that the practice has received you request try again. However when I got it right I got a really fast response and an appointment for a face to face with a clinician. Thanks

I was given timely assistance when I needed help . The doctor assessed me over the phone and offered me the appropriate medical advice.I didn’t have to travel physically to the GP surgery.This saved me time and I was able to get treatment from the comfort of my home.
