In the 2 years I have signed up to this surgery, even in the case of emergencies, it has been impossible to get an appointment. In the interests of “accessibilty” you may get a telephone appointment in 2 weeks time and don’t miss the call window or expect to wait another 2 weeks. For vulnerable patients who aren’t tech savvy expect to negotiate a complex app in order to uploads photos of injuries, body marks, and more. Thank God neither myself noR elderly mother have yet had emergency issues, how would we know unless we are on the verge of calling 999. Get your act together surgery! Massive disappointment.

I've been struggling to get help with my child on adhd medication with my previous doctors. I've moved her here because they are willing to help my child an prescribe her the medication needed and are not bothered about cost there focus is helping patients which is how it should be well done garden surgery and the lovely ladies on reception for all the help and support over these last few weeks . I'm so relieved I don't after pay anymore

Impossible to get an appointment the wait time is a month! Triage appointments gone for the day within 30 mins. To obtain test results your told to check you app, check app it says speak to doctor. This surgery used to be very good it is a nightmare now.

When I visited the doctors this month the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, I received nothing but good service from both the doctors and reception staff! I would highly reccomend this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor surgery! The reception staff are very friendly.

Although it is hard to get an appointment I can say that the reception team are very patient and do try help where possible when an appointment is needed. I attended the surgery yesterday with my son and the appointments were running an hour behind this was not a great situation for a 2 year old to be waiting for that length of time and also the fact he has autism made the situation more difficult to keep him entertained and safe. I explained to the receptionist that I wasn’t sure we was going to be able to wait much longer as I felt my son was becoming overwhelmed at the length of time waiting in the surgery which could have led to a meltdown and him missing his appointment. When I went in to see the doctor a few minutes after mentioning this is was a different doctor and he mentioned that the receptionist had explained the situation with my son, I was shocked and greatful that the lady had gone above and beyond my expectations and this ment that my son still was able to see a doctor and recieve treatment that he needed. This was great team work amongst the front of house staff and GP’s and it really has put me at ease that they understand the difficulties me and my little boy face when out in public to keep him safe. Thank you so much.

I've just been sat in the reception for 45mins waiting for my 15 30 appointment but a mix up with the reception they didn't know I was there even though I approached the desk to ask if I needed to check in for physio and was told to sit down total misunderstanding I received a text telling me I had missed my appointment so I went back to reception I was offered further appointments unfortunately unsuitable but why couldn't the receptionist have phoned the physio and explained the situation so I could have been seen frustrating to say the least this follows on from a cancelled appointment a few weeks ago when no one informed me and I turned up at surgery both times resulting in time off work and lost pay very poor service it's hard enough to get a appointment without this hassle

I have been going to this doctors for over 2 years now and though you cannot always get a same day appointment the wait for one is usually short unless you insist in an out of hours appointment. When you do get an appointment I have never been seen on time after arriving, usually a 15 min wait which is acceptable, though if you arrive 10 mins late you will be told you have missed your appointment. On the whole i am very happy with the service i have had from all the staff in the surgery and completely disagree with some reviews left by others where they say the reception staff are unhelpful or worse I have found the reception staff to be interested in your problem before passing. it on to the doctor who then calls back to take further info before deciding it you need to be seen that day. Unlike many GP surgeries they don't dish all the appointments out early on a morning I called at 9:30 a couple of weeks ago, expecting to be told to call the next day, however was seen within 1 1/2 hours. The medical staff never rush you and do put you at ease during the consultation, they are also all very knowledgeable and are quick to send you for further tests if needed. The surgery also have many clinics available and can do a lot of tests in house so they are done very quickly. I would like to see some help with weight loss their, however i was made aware that the last government cut all funding for weight management both in hospitals and the community so that explains why it cannot be offered. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this practice, they do look after you needs.

Trying to get an appointment or test results is a complete joke, the surgery is empty if you call in. Abysmal get your act together not everyone is a hypercondriac
