The Doctor was attentive, understanding, caring and professional. Could not ask for more. This is an excellent practice where I have never received anything but great service. I went in to see the Doctor about issues with potential Glaucoma and she ensured I was directed to the right course of treatment.

I had a combination of concerns when I went to see the doctor she helped me pick them apart and dealt with each one in a confident and reassuring Manor and when I left I already felt much better

Staff and the doctors are amazing . Caring, understanding and patient. Doctor I seen today was so kind and listened my problem with care and kindness. I left the practice smile on my face . I would like to say big Thank you

I have lived all over London and am still surprised by the fact that it has taken me so long to find this practice. The appointments system is efficient, the receptionists are helpful and subtle and the doctors thorough and honest in their assessments. All of the staff who I have had dealings with are pleasant and very efficient. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I tried to communicate with the practice via econsult this morning however the severity of my symptoms referred me directly to the practice. The receptionist kindly gave me a telephone appointment today and the GP called back in the allocated time. She spent plenty of time answering my questions and dealing with my clinical needs. I now have the medication I need and feel very happy with prompt attention I received today. I have never had cause to complain about the Elmhurst Practice and have been registered for many years. Thank you for your continuing efforts at a difficult time for health services.

I attended my appointment and the GP who attended to me was not compassionate, he was rushing so much that I could see his body language not welcoming at all and kept reminding me in a rushing manner that am sorry my visit is 10mins which I really understand. The way I felt I have never felt so terribly bad and sad. I love Elmhurst practice with all my heart, Elmhurst practice is like a family to me. Staffs and Doctors are the best and lovely, good communication, caring, compassionate, professional and kind, committed with their patient. I hope never to change to another practice because they are so so good , but today I have never felt so sad, anxious and rejected like how d appointment went, it was just rush rush rush and blank that I could see from Dr’ body language today, no compassion. It was not a good experience at all, it was sad to see. Am not sure I even completed my 10mins, but if I did then it was not nice therapeutic 10mins and lacks compassion. This is the first time I have seen the doctor before which left me anxious and more depressed. I apologise that I had to write this feedback because that is how I felt from my heart. Am so sorry but I had to write this feedback.

I called in at the practice to make a non urgent appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment the next day. The doctor I saw was new to me but very understanding and attentive to my condition so put me very much at ease. The outcome of the appointment was that I needed to see a more specialist doctor who also has clinics at The Elmhurst Practice. On referral, I booked on line for an appointment in two week’s time. Overall, a very efficient and trouble free experience.

I have been with this practice for nearly 28 years and I always get great service, understanding and help. This has meant that any issues have been investigated and actioned quickly resulting in less anxiety for me and hopefully less pressure on the NHS in general.
