Thank you Drayton Surgery appointment on the day necessary bloods etc done. Very quick referral to QA 2 appointments done all in less than 2 weeks with New Year in between. Thank you to all that dealt with me 5 stars from me.

I gave my list of blood pressures to the nurse who told me they looked 'perfectly normal' to her. I also did a urine sample for her. She checked it for infection and threw it away. I then received a text from a dr saying my blood pressures were unsatisfactory and I've been prescribed Amlodipine, have to do a urine sample and an ECG. My view is that my blood pressures were far from normal ( my bp has historically been on the low side). At 5pm the following day, my prescription had not arrived at the chemist. When feeling unwell for a month, as I have been, making return trips to the surgery and chemist is very difficult. I want to add, the nurse I saw is always very efficient. She took my blood for me, which I really appreciated.

Very polite and helpful rececptionist . A promt return phone call wich resulted in appontment made for that same day . And a very satifactory consultation!!

Appointment within 2 hours of my call and all tests completed. Nurse practitioner had sufficient time to check my symptoms out.

I couldn’t praise this surgery enough - they are outstanding. Whenever I have called to speak to the Dr I always get a call the same day and usually within a couple of hours. Especially for my little boy. AMAZING service always. Prescriptions are always actions promptly too.

Outstanding surgery always easy to book appointments , always receive reminder for when appointment is due , all the staff make you fsel very welcoms and are very polite

Did an e-consult for a suspected chest infection, for a call from the surgery within 30 mins of submitting and offered an appt for later the same day.

Getting an appointment is a joke. Only to be told you can see a nurse and not a doctor. If I wanted to see a nurse I would ask for that rather than a doctor. Receptionists are rude and it like trying to get through a security guard to get appointments.
