Once I got through on the phone I had an. appointment within 30 seconds for the same day. The doctor (not my usual one) was quick to get to the nub of the problem, explained it thoroughly answering my questions and arranged for a prescription to be collected immediately. Took about 8 minutes. Amazingly efficient.

I’ve been poorly for a long time but the dr is trying everything in her box to make me better. Even after getting little support from Royal Berkshire specialist she still goes the extra mile to help.

Having posted a high cholesterol reading I was asked to see a doctor to review this. This discussion resulted in an informative talk about taking statins which I agreed to trial, also understanding that this was my decision with no pressure from the doctor. I was happy with the result

As always my doctor was very thorough and I felt at ease.A little wait to see her but don't mind as I trust her and worth the wait.Waiting room not crowded with ample seats

I telephoned the surgery for an appointment for my particular problem and was offered one the same day. I was listened to by my GP sympathetically and with much understanding. The appropriate advice and medication was given and I left the surgery feeling much relieved and totally satisfied.

I saw the Diabetes specialist nurse at the practice the other day regarding my Type 1 Diabetes and she is a lovely lady really caring and helpful and she showed that she cares about her patients as individuals, not at all judgemental which I've had from some medical professionals in the past 40 years of having Type 1 Diabetes.

An excellent consultation with a registrar. Listened - explained certain reasons re my problems. I never felt rushed as has been the case over the last years seeing too many doctors & others, for the same subject, which makes for poor continuity and then going over the same thing in a too short a space of time. Time allowed was perfect without the looking at wrist watches. A clock would be more subtle for doctor & patient. I found this meeting reassuring because it was eye-to-eye without too much intrusion via a computer screen. Well done! Thank you.
