    Went to have my flu jab, and asked about covid jab and had both. The staff who done injections was very thorough in asking for my information and asking if I was okay to have injections. They also asked if I had any symptoms of which I didn't. I Had to people do injections

    My husband & I attended the Willow Surgery for a ‘flu jab on 5th October 2024. The service was professional, friendly & swift.

    My experience at the surgery this morning was great. The ladies on Reception was very helpful especially one of the Receptionist ladies who went above and beyond to reschedule my appointment so I didn't need to book a day off work. I saw the Dr this morning and she was also pleasant and offered me a solution to my problem. You are all doing a wonderful job. Thank you 😊

    Took the morning off work to take my Mum for a review of her Alzheimer’s and medication. When we eventually got to see the doctor she was very helpful and thorough but we had to wait an hour to be seen for a pre-booked appointment. Not what you want when you’re recovering from brain cancer and Mum has Alzheimer’s!

    Sent a prescription request that was urgent Sunday night thinking I would have to wait a week and have to go without taking this daily medication but and I collected from chemist Tuesday.

    I allowed one week after dropping in my repeat prescription and on picking it up from Williw Pharmacy found I didn't have all the medications and as I didn't have any more tablets at home and it was Friday I popped into Reception and explained the situation as I mustn't stop taking some tablets. Reception was extremely helpful and said they would phone me later to let me know when I could pick up my meds from Willow surgery, which they did. I picked them up and so my panic is over! I can take them tonight without missing any! Many thanks to all involved.

    I needed an urgent blood test to tie in with a short notice appointment at hospital. The lady on reception at the Christchurch surgery was so helpful she managed to get me an appointment. Thank you.

    The lady that has dealt with me in a number of occasions is simply marvellous. Kind, polite and professional. I always feel like she wants to help me. She went out of her way today to book me my B12 jab that I had forgotten to have two weeks ago. This was done with the receptionist immediately. She did not make me feel like I was a pain or any bother. I am very grateful to her as this is not the first time she has always been willing to help. Please can you let her know she is simply amazing and although this may seem a little over the top, when you have had a bad day it makes life so much easier with people like this lady. Many many thanks
