Seen immediately after reporting to reception and completed in minutes. Shows they can do it right so why all the problems getting face to face GP appointments?

Flu vaccine. Everything was very organised. Asked to join a queue which went down very quickly as there were several nurses giving the vaccines. We were in & out extremely quickly. Very happy with the speed of my appointment.

Was invited to receive flu vaccination, easily booked an appointment at a convenient time, got reminder a day before, appointment was on time, nurse who administered the vaccine is very professional all in all excellent service

I asked one of the admin team at The Willows - part of Downend Health group, to try and chase an appointment I was waiting for- to have a ? Basal cell carcinoma removed from my face. I hadn’t heard anything for 6 weeks. She said she would look in to it for me, by the end of the day I had an appointment for the following week, the operation was performed successfully and today (31/10/2024) I have had the sutures removed. Thanks very much to the great team at The Willows and Downend Health group.

My husband and I went to wellspring surgery for the flu vaccine. There were quite a lot of people waiting in line but the line moved swiftly thanks to so many nurses on hand to administer the vaccinations. All the staff were friendly and professional in what must have been a challenging and very busy morning.

There was a long queue when I arrived but this moved very quickly as there were many nurses/doctors available. I was in and out within ten minutes. Very efficient.

All went well, we were in and out within 10 minutes. The receptionist also booked in my husband who had not received an invitation. The nurse was very efficient and friendly.
