   I would like to say thank you - to the Practice Digital Lead who has helped me in setting up the new arrangements following Patient access no longer being available. Not only has he helped me, but he also arranged my proxy access for my parents and advised my son too. Whilst I have complained several times concerning other issues - I am pleased to say thank you & well done to this person for his help - it is really appreciated.
