I never normally can get an appointment at this practice but since its been taken over it has improved a lot. Keep up the good work.

No waiting in a long que for the appointment. The doctor was excellent in listening to my symptoms . He referred me to necessary apparttments while I was in the surgery. Each time I have seen the doctor his care and professionalism has ensured my quality of life has improved.

Amazing care and follow up by practice doctor. Found all the team helpful, friendly and efficient, taking time to thoroughly examine and listen.Prompt action resulting in getting treatment in hospital.

I've been with this surgery over 30 years and have never known it to be as bad as it is now for getting to see a doctor. 8 a.m. only calls for an appointment. That is ridiculous in my opinion. The nurses themselves are very good and helpful. Reception. Well, I think they only state what they are told by management regard appointments, otherwise they try to be helpful. I think this surgery needs an overhaul at the top.
