Dear Brian M, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had a poor experience with one of our Care Navigators. It would be very useful if you would consider calling and providing further details so further training can be given to the individual involved. Thank you for your help. Kind regards Judie Crowther Patient Services Manager

Review titled Frustrated !!!
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Dawn Bennett - Posted on 29 May 2024
Since the merger of the practices, we were originally under Woodlands, I can’t believe how hard it is to navigate the practice. I have found waiting times on the phone have increased immensely. My husband was referred to see a neurologist under the request of the lovely Gp, which we paid personally to see as a matter of urgency. New medicine was prescribed to start immediately and letters emailed to the surgery on the 21/5. Letter still not seen by dr or clinical pharmacist to date, had to make a call to explain situation, but I don’t feel confident what I think should happen will. Fingers crossed it will. I felt much more reassured under the Woodlands as a stand alone practice. This is no reflection on the GP’s, it’s the procedures that frustrate me more.

Review titled Brilliant practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Tom Reynolds - Posted on 14 December 2023
My concerns were taken seriously and dealt with by the doctor who chased up a lost important blood test and I got them within days. I got the face to face appointment the same day. Yes I had a longish wait when I arrived but that was expected and acceptable. All in all a great result. Thank you all.

Review titled No email can’t order prescription !
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 31 July 2023
It’s nice that the surgery wants to be modern, but old people do not always use the internet. Very disappointed to receive a call from my brother upset that he could not order his inhalers over the phone like he always has and was told to send a email. Not everyone uses computers, so why can’t the old ways of phone calls still be used for the elderly. Being told he can’t order over the phone has distressed him which is not good when you suffer from breathing problems. A patient of 30 years and treated like this !!!

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear of your brother's distress. Our housebound patients have always been able to order medication over the phone but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate all patient's prescription requests. I would be grateful if you could contact me via the feebacktcp@nhs.net email address with you brother's name so I can investigate fully and respond to him Kind regards Judie Crowther Patient Services Manager

Review titled Practice is good when you get referred
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anna - Posted on 14 April 2024
I need to be referred to a hormone specialist. I am in Pre menopause and I have been suffering with boils on my face since I turned 45 years old. I am turning 54 this September and I cannot cope any more with the skin issues. I am constantly put on antibiotics which are not good for me. I need a hormone specialist Referral ASAP as I am very depressed with my skin now. I work on front line reception for the prison service and I need to face the public every day. I need to be contacted ASAP on 0798 324 9895. Miss Anna Iandoli
