It was all very efficient and well organised. This was for the winter flu jab. No long queues or waiting outside in the cold.

Although I had an appointment and was very early I did not have to wait but went in immediately. Very streamlined!

Quick and efficient - pleased to see I was given the correct flu injection for the over 50s. Info given to read while waiting. Straight in and straight out. Appt was easy to book on the app MyGP

Flu jab trip was completed quickly and pleasantly. I was greeted at the entrance and guided through at all stages. Arrived when there was a few others there but this led to no noticeable delays. Done in less than 5 mins with a pleasurable experience too

The experience was extremely easy and stress free. We were seen ahead of our appointment time and we’re in and out very quickly. The staff were very reassuring and really lovely

Friendly volunteer staff directed us to the room for our flu vaccination. Someone immediately took our particulars of name, date of birth etc. The nurse who gave the vaccination was very efficient. No problems.

I have always found the staff to be most helpful when I have needed to contact the practice. I have got an appointment when it was needed.

I went for flue ‘jab’, there was no waiting, very efficient. My wife was able to have one at the same time so were able to travel together

I along with many others it appeared had a 9.25am flu jab appointment on Yes a Saturday morning. Staff gave out information and promptly directed everyone to an awaiting doctor or nurse. The process from entering to leaving the practice was only minutes. It was a swift well organised visit Thank you everyone involved Rob Horton
