    Over the last few months I’ve had bi-weekly appointments for support for my mental health and I cannot rate the service I have been given enough. I felt heard and understood and truly supported through a real low part in my life. I could have a proper conversation with the mental health team and I was spoken to like a normal person, not like I was fragile and would break at any moment which is what I needed. I felt they listened and understood what I needed from them even if I wasn’t able to voice it myself. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for me

    Can't praise the Doctor at the Cambridge Practice and the Receptionist who advised him that I needed an appointment enough! It's comforting to know that when you need assistance it's there. The speed and efficiency of his response was exemplary and I feel that I'm totally supported by the Practice. Sincerely Jacqueline.

    This morning I received a telephone consultation regarding my medication. The Clinical Pharmacist was outstanding, knowledgeable, empathetic and listened to me, then gave excellent and clear advice. This made me feel like the NHS really have my best interest at heart and are looking after my wellbeing. On reflection, since leaving the army (2019), I've received excellent medical care from all the NHS personnel I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you for your service.

    The telephonist was so helpful this morning. Her understanding of my medical problem was treated with respect.. she was extremely professional. She offered to follow up the issue of my Fit note. I am so grateful to this young Lady. Well done xxx

Dr. H is exceptional in her diligence to investigate any condition that we’ve presented to her and is tireless in resolving the issue. She’s conscientious and second to none in treating her patients.     I submitted a request for a prescription on the NHS app, five days later it was still not approved. This was not a complicated prescription it is a repeat that I have every month, so why it actually has to be approved I fail to understand. I eventually rang the surgery at 9am to find out what had happened, as I was going away the next day for a week and really needed to take the item with me. I was told that it would be seen by the doctor straight away. At 1pm still nothing had happened so I call the surgery yet again, The receptionist went away to speak to the duty doctor, who then approved the prescription there and then and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. All this hassle was really uneccesary and I feel very disappointed in the surgery, which seems to have no sense of urgency at all.

    The medication review done in Mar 22nd 2024 was very well taken care of and very professional. Overall, Cambridge Practice privides very good and has excellent professionals. It is needed more professionals on the practice to improve service availability, provide additional bandwidth.

    Having been unable to get my repeat prescription as my normal chemist was out of stock. I emailed The Cambridge Practice explaining my situation and asked them for advice. I received a reply the same day saying I could go to any chemist to get this item, but not only that they themselves had rung around the chemist and was able to let me know which chemist I could go to. This was what I did and got my prescription so we'll done Cambridge Practice & a big Thank you

    The Cambridge Practice web site states that patients can use patient access. It says "Patient Access Our systems connect to popular online access apps. Once you have registered these enable you to book appointments" However, once you log into patient access, you are given the message: "Message from your GP practice: Welcome to The Cambridge Practice. We are currently not using this service please contact the surgery." Which means that patients have to get past the telephone bouncers that guard the surgery from sick and ill people. In desperation (I am very unwell) I booked a private GP (at great cost). The booking took 2 minutes online and I wasn't harassed by rude, nosey and incompetent reception staff.

    I had a blood test Friday & received this text message on Monday. "Your blood tests show your vitamin D levels are a little low. Please purchase some replacement over the counter from the pharmacy & rebook a blood test in 4 months. No readings are shown, not even on nhs app. Every one is asking what those reading levels are.
