    Once I got through the long queue process, the receptionist was lovely and helpful and tried to deal with my query the best she can. The doctor was very good and professional and explained everything well. The doctor called at a convenient time as I requested.

    Sadly the overall vibe of the gp isn’t that great, it’s near impossible to get an appointment but I had my baby’s immunisation. The first round went great, had an amazing nurse who was so gentle with my baby and reassured me and educated me about the shots and drops, being a first time mum that was exactly needed. She was so kind and open . Second round I had a different nurse who was terrible and so condescending in her tone she made my baby cry and bleed so much more than happened previously. Her attitude was terrible and cold. I was so upset with how the appointment went I contacted the practice to change my child’s last round of injections to another location within the practice in order to be seen by the first nurse I saw. It was so lovely to see her again, my child didn’t cry at all and was smiling and laughing with her. Absolutely amazing.

    This practise is appalling. You call in at 8am, get put on hold for an hour and then receive the same reply that there are no appointments left. Very unsure as to how within 10 seconds of calling that all appointments are gone. A receptionist advised me to use the online consultation, when I told her every time I use it it says the appointments are gone she told me they open up at 6am and become available so it’s best to try then. Well I woke up at 5:30, made sure I was on it for 6am and no more online consultations were available for the day!! How is this possible? In the same second the online service opens, they are apparently gone. This Gp continues to shock me more and more. When I finally submitted an online consultation on a matter asking for some medical advice and expecting a phone call, I received a text message to an online NHS medical information link as if I do not have google and didn’t google it myself? I wanted to speak to a doctor hence waiting and submitting an online request. After that, I could not get through to anyone again for an appointment so the doctor simply wasted all the time and effort I went through and thought it was ok to just send me a google link to nhs website instead of taking the time to call me and speak to properly. What’s the point in waking up early and stressing yourself out if the doctor will send you something from google that you already did yourself beforehand (obviously). Would not recommend this practise.

    Five years ago, I moved houses and had to move GP. Sadly this was the GP that was allocated. One of the worst in Luton. You can get on the phone every day at 8am and still will end up in position 30 and never get a appointment on the same day. You cannot walk in either. Has to be done on the phone. Alternatively they provide a link you can visit online to book an appointment in three days time. They have two GPs, one booking system but cannot work it. Think I'm exaggerating? Try call the surgery at 8am and experience it for yourself

    I am really disappointed with this practice. I made effort to wake up at 8 and wait in the que for an hour for an appointment only for them to tell me there’s none left and that I have to now wait 5 days for the next one as they’ll be closed. I don’t understand why they have the policy of calling in at 8 if they can’t give an appointment and how they are unable to accommodate appointment yet they say to call at 8, wait an hour or more in the que only for them to say we have none left. How is it possible to wait a week? The service here has honestly really let me down and it’s not a surgery I’d recommend anyone to register with. I’m really shocked as to how and why they are still open really.

    They are also kind and helpful. Sometimes I can't get the appointment of the same day,but I get call back call from the doctor. In my opinion more doctor will be fine.

    Ladies wellness session is amazing. Right near my house. It is helping me to learn techniques to do at home. It is a safe place for me to attend and seek support & advice. Thank you - Health & Wellbeing Coach.

    The service of Blenheim Medical Centre has been very poor and disappointing since recent times and especially since covid. Getting an appointment with the doctor for a check-up is as difficult as winning the lottery. Receptionists are not cooperative at all. The surgery opens at 8 O’ clock. Even if you call at exactly eight o'clock, you will get this answer after thirty to forty minutes, “We are fully booked, call back tomorrow 8 O’ clock”. Calling again on next day, will give you same reply. It’s really frustrating, if you or your loved one need to see the doctor but you can’t get appointment. Authority needs to look into this GP practice that why a patient is unable to get an appointment even calling every day at 8 O’ clock in first few seconds of opening the surgery. Are all appointments booked in the first 20 seconds? It is worrying that patients are unable to get a GP appointment despite repeated attempts.

    I like the session very much. It impacts me a lot. It gave me a relaxation and mental wrllbeing. Jutsna help me with this. She's a good counsellor. I saw a lot of womens from our community. It's actually good for people who are alone, feeling depressed.
