Klinik form completed in detail for chronic back & leg pain, could hardly walk. No response 24hrs later so phoned waited 1hr 15min to be told by reception I had been referred for physio, how when I had not been seen and would be unable to do, asked to see GP, text recd with appt for 1wk later, pain so bad could not wait. Reluctantly I Phoned 111 who were brilliant, ensured I got appt next day. Klinik is a rubbish system, assume all have computer, phones. If you phone you don't get through or get cut off at 6pm. One day I walked in, no people waiting, so asked to see Dr, was told I had to complete form online, I asked what if I couldn't do, was told to phone and reception would do for me, I asked her to do now as I was there, nobody waiting, she refused to do. This used to be a good practice but no longer. No wonder people go to A&E to get seen and have a result. But puts overload on our great nhs.

This was a great surgery about 5 years ago but now it extremely disappointing. Was asked to take a urine sample in and the receptionist refused to accept it as Doctor had not logged it. Also been waiting 4 months for a referral to be sent to me and 2 months for my daughter to have an appointment for injections. I am now looking for a new surgery

Accompanied my daughter to surgery on 16/12/22. Apparently car park is now permit holders only, but first 20 mins free. Surgery attendees are expected to register at reception. I registered my daughters appt. but car registration not made clear in reception. I now have a £100 parking fine for 32 minutes parking. This is disgusting.

With regard to your feedback regarding car parking at our Surgery, parking restrictions have been in place for 10 years. This is unfortunately necessary to discourage illegal parking by people visiting the large general hospital directly opposite the Surgery. If these restrictions were not in place, our patients and staff would have difficulty parking on site. To help inform our patients and to remind them to book in their registration numbers, there are 12 notices in the car park, notices on the main doors of the Surgery, at the electronic booking in system and also on each of the GP’s doors.
