   It seems to be a real lottery to get through to make an appointment at the allotted 08:30 call time for appointments. Try as I might at exactly 08:30, my call rings for about 3 or 4 minutes, then there is a message saying 'continue to hold we are very busy', the ring tone changes, continues to ring for another 3 or 4 minutes and you are then cut off. If you try again it is either exactly the same or there is an engaged tone. Can you please improve your phone call system to one that lets you know what number you are in the queue and does not cut you off. In addition please restore the online booking system that we used to have via Patient Access.
