    Just seen a practice Nurse for a blood test. She was amazing. I have tiny veins but did not even feel the procedure.

    As a normally healthy, fit and active female with a history of only going to the GP for routine checkups annually, unfortunately a recent spell of poor health has left me frustrated with this surgery. You never see the same GP so have to go over everything each time, and each GP questions my symptoms as if I'm imagining the symptoms and being bothersome. Aside from blood tests and minor routine ultrasounds, they proceed to tell me I don't 'warrant' further testing (despite symptoms worsening) and I've never been made to feel so unintelligent when met with ridiculous statements questioning me as if I'm not of sound mind and don't know my own body. I wonder why the GPs in this surgery are even in the medical profession. It's a real shame that women in this day in age are still made to feel as if they are incompetent and uncredible.

    Arrived today for my first visit here for a midwife led appointment (not my surgery) and was greeted by the rudest least interested most condescending office member. I have never been spoken to in this manner before within the nhs. Advised me she couldn’t tell me if I was in the right place and also couldn’t tell me or find out if I could take my normal medication. When I asked how I check in or find out if I’m meant to be here I was simply told it was not her problem. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. I also witnessed them be condescending and rude to an elderly gentleman who struggled with the door. I had 2 hours to witness two women be incredibly annoyed and rude to most people who passed though - seems a very unprofessional and inappropriate way to treat people within a caring profession?

    My partner was diagnosed with cancer.He was told this over the phone, he was referred to hospital. The surgery forgot to send his referral. He waited 2 agonising weeks, being told by the surgery that all was in hand but it wasn't. We had to do the chasing, ringing both the surgery and the hospital,we ended up getting the appointment to see the consultant ourselves. The surgery has failed my partner in all 6 NHS values. No duty of care, no duty of candour. Very disappointing service. Very let down

    After a phone call to surgery receptionist and telling my health issues been promised for call back and i still waiting till now-already 6 days!!!Sadly I need to deal with my issues my self!!!

    What a wonderful practice. Husband needed surgery and the practice quickly sorted it all out. Within a month now has operation date. Recently had to register visiting relative. Again excellent service from all the team, admin, reception, practitioner and GP. Couldn’t fault them. So good to get this streamline service after all the negatives you hear these days. Well done and thank you. Oh and I must say the pharmacy next door is great too so much better than it use to be. Lovely friendly staff and didn’t have to wait ages! Well done too.

    Cannot fault this surgery, I always get through on the phone straight away ( big plus), the reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have had a phone call the same day from a medical practitioner and seen accordingly. In these days when the NHS / Drs surgeries are heavily criticised in the press, my experience has been the complete opposite. I know a lot goes on / staff working hard behind the scenes to make this all happen. Thank you Taunton vale for a top class service.
