    Firstly it is impossible to make an appointment. Wait for 90 minutes on the phone to find out there are none available unless you wait 4 weeks or more. If you visit in person you are told you can't get an appointment, and to visit next day before surgery opens on the off chance you might have a phone call and speak to someone. I have been attempting to resolve my medical issues in this way since last November. The results of a second X-ray are presently with the practice. I visited the surgery this morning and I have been told the earliest I can see a doctor was the 14th February. As someone who is elderly and is obliged to walk half a mile to the surgery and half a mile back I really do think that I am not being treated properly.

    Waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone . Is there only one person on the phones or are they being ignored? The management needs to step up and be accou table for such bad treatment of patients. I notice previous similar reviews si this is not a new roblm , just one the dont seem interested in addressing.
