    Dr g b, took the time to listen without rushing me along. I am grateful for her calm, friendly and professional manner. I was given clear information and offered various options. Most of all, I was supported in the most positive way. Dr g b, please never underestimate your power to change people’s lives for the better; not just in physical health, but in all areas. You offer sage advice and calm moment of healing with your presence. Thank you! A star of the nhs 🌟

    At around 13:45 until 14:10 I tried to make an appointment, this simple task turned out to be an ordeal. I first had to select option 1, to which I had no reply for 4 mins, I then tried option 2, again to which I had no reply for about 8 mins. I would kind of understand if this was at 08:00 in the morning, but mid afternoon!!!! I then phoned back and selected option 4, to which I had an answer from a very stroppy admin person, felt like I had ruined her day, all I got from her was, “well, I can’t book appointments from here” I replied back with, “but they’re not answering the phones” her reply was “ummm, well I can’t do it from here” Absolutely terrible patient care, this particular service needs to be audited by an external team. The majority of the feedback reports from patients do not make good reading. At the end of that ordeal I never actually had an appointment booked!! Shocking service..

    I was very easily able to get an appointment on the day for my daughter, which has been the case previously when we have needed an appointment. The receptionist on the phone and the receptionist at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful. The GP that we saw was also very welcoming and professional. Thank you for providing a fab and accessible service as always!

    Dr's are good, but the service is bad. They operate a phone on the day service. This is so annoying and bad. You cannot book in advance so you need to set on the phone from 8am for about 30 minutes or more. The staff who finally answer seem not interested and just want to finish the call. What I see from arriving at the practice, is the staff seem more interested in gossip than patients. The same can be said about most of the dispensery staff. This whole practice needs to stat thinking about the patients more

    Very poor care. Great dispensary. Reception for making appointments is appalling. Calling is a waste of time

    i had to contact the practice due to a bad fall. initial gp was lovely and gave me time to explain what had happened and she arranged for their paramedic to visit me. he again was excellent kind and caring. I have today spoken to another gp about results and again nothing too much trouble and I am seeing him f2f. reception and secretaries have been efficient and just great, keeping me up to date with referral and generally sorting me out! thank you

    As a new patient I have completed paperwork twice (the last 10 days plus ago) to access the on line system and still have not received approval to access, my husband has experienced the same issue so not specific to me. Could not get an appointment as despite being at the end of my tether with pain and sleep deprivation asking for a consultant referral is not deemed as an emergency. I have now bi-passed the surgery and self referred but cannot access my medical notes for my first consultant appointment. Very frustrating and unsatisfactory, very disappointing first impression of my local surgery. i think the whole system needs to be reviewed, I nursed for 30yrs and totally understand the pressure staff are under but this system is broken in my experience.

    Hubby was having symptoms that could have been a heart attack - he was taken care of at the surgery and follow up arranged immediately. They couldn't have done any more. Thank you.

    I felt that I would get more germs from having to pick up the hand sanitiser than I might have had on my hands! Disgusting squashed bottles. Why not put a wall mounted container as are in hospitals, and make sure that it is kept topped up please
