35 minutes queue time to book appointment as standard. When visiting they had no idea about how the NHS treats symptoms so had to show them the NHS website. Told me that it's just something women have to put up with. Awful service. Not caring.

This little surgery is so welcoming. Going there makes me feel comfortable and that I'm with a really caring surgery, like Patford House used to be. A world away from Beversbrook. The doctor was lovely and she really listened. I never feel like my 5 minutes are up before I get in the door when i go to Sutton Benger. The staff are lovely too. I just wish we lived closer.

Had to wait a few weeks for appointment but not as bad as it has been in the past. The procedure to get an appointment is a bit long winded and the Patchs questionnaire is not that straight forward .

Contacted practice on the day of my concerns, contacted within two hours, blood tests requested by clinician. Sent text message with appointment within a week. An all round pleasant experience. Big thanks to ljwho reassured me and gave excellent advice.
