    I had to wait 4 days for my appointment but it was worth it in the end as I was given a thorough examination. I felt listened to and not rushed and felt confident in the diagnosis and treatment

    The staff have been unwaiveringly helpful and friendly, answering queries and following up for both me and my son. The GP I saw was approachable, kind, knowledgeable, sensible, and spoke to me on a level without patronizing and with a common sense perspective. I felt heard and answered. Thank you.

    No waiting, friendly people and unhurried professional service, including a good pharmacy. You hear horror stories about some GP practices, but definitely not this one. It's a shame that they went over to that awful time consuming robot telephone system instead of going straight to a receptionist, but it's only a minor irritation.

    I had a great experience at this surgery, it's a shame we don't have this in Calne. However I had to travel 24 miles round trip and through horrendous traffic to get there as no appointment was available in Calne where I have lived all my life. Ever since covid the practice has gone downhill and expect you to use on line booking systems that don't work and difficult for older people. I was diagnosed with Phnemonia when I saw a doctor at the biggining of February and had antibiotics, however I was still ill after taking them and wanted another consultation with the doctor. I tried to phone and make an appointment but was told I had to use on line service and someone would call me. I never received a call so I visited the surgery and was told a doctor called me on a certain date, however I had no missed calls or no voice message and I was lost in the system. I then had to go to Sutton benger to see a doctor so my experience overall was not good but Sutton benger is not reflected in this.

    I went to discuss pain control and a deterioration in my right knee. The GP was very patient and listened while I explained that due to a recent change in my medication I was experiencing more pain than usual and that my right knee was painful and swollen. She changed my pain relief medication and booked me for an x-ray on my knee to be done the following day. In addition to this we discussed how to address the knee problem if it is, as she thinks, arthritis.

    Saw a lovely Dr who was extremely caring and helpful. However trying to get an appointment for my 9 month old son was ridiculous. I phoned the Dr's twice, the health visitor and eventually got an appointment through phoning 111. What happened to phoning up and getting an appointment?
