good telephone system with call back facility. helpful receptionist. I was seen by Physiotherapist which gave me top class consultation and excellent information to manage my painful hip. This was followed by email with exercises to doo as well as information on all types of hip problems. Very thorough.

Saw physio today and she explained everything clearly and made me feel like I wasn’t just moaning … Sorted a regime for me to be getting on with and hopefully I will be feeling better soon

I saw the physio today and was extremely happy with the the care and advice I received. I got the chance to ask questions and I was given a list of exercises to do at home. All in all, I am happy with my consultation. Thank you very much to the caring physio.

I saw the physio, who was very helpful and positive and had an engaging, cheerful personality. She was thorough in her testing for a diagnosis and emailed me exercises.

Difficult to get appointments. You need to call at 8 am but this is difficult if you were ill all night. Even when I manage to call at 8 I have to wait half an hour or so with no guarantee that I would be able to find an appointment and I would need to repeat the process again the next day. Calls can become costly as well, although they now introduce the option of calling you back. It would be helpful if they allow booking appointments for future dates, and even better if you could do this online like my old surgery did. That is: slots for walking surgery, and slots for non- urgent care that you can book online or over the phone. Most staff members are nice, caring and helpful. I had few bad experiences with the receptionists but most of the time they are nice and kind.

Msk physio was extremely thorough. She explained everything in detail. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my problems.

The physiotherapist is very helpful,professional and friendly. I had the problem with my knee and hand and she addressed it accordingly

Saw GP Physio regarding joint pain etc. She was kind, caring. Gave me all the time I needed. Went above and beyond to help me. Wonderful lady. Cannot praise her enough.

I have contacted the surgery for joint pain and assessed by a physioterapist. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, she made exercise reccomandation which resolved the issue.

I went to have my annual blood tests and to have my first shingles vaccination. The nurse who did these was extremely friendly, reassuring and efficient. Both procedures were pain free. I asked the receptionist about a possible appointment with a GP to discuss a problem I had been having with my thumb. She very kindly contacted one of the doctors on duty who saw me after my appointment with the nurse. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. She quickly understood my symptoms and made a diagnosis. She then advised me on the best way to manage the problem. This was followed up by a text with recommended exercises and information. I am very grateful to all the staff at Suthergrey House who helped me today.
