For the first time I felt very proud to belong to this surgery . The nurse who attended to me this pm for my diabetic review showed professionalism and extreme kindness and compassion , this made feel very happy with a peace of mind . She went beyond my expectation and this is a caring profession should be delivered .

The doctor I spoke to today was kind, helpful and caring and didn't rush. The telephone appointment was on time and the information I needed was conveyed in an easily understandable form. I was given details of a follow up for blood tests later in the year and my mind was put at rest over concerns I had.

Arrived only to be told my appointment is cancelled and I would have to wait a further 3 weeks for another one now a total of 6 weeks

I would not recommend registration to this surgery...they are putting my health at risk..there are no appointments with a GP..they steer you towards a nurse which is no use at all...they were very unhelpful ..the reception..so basically I have no help with my health conditions ...

We moved here following disappointing experiences with our last GP practice. Every time we have had cause to use this new one, the service has been outstanding. Receptionists are lovely, GPs knowledgeable and kind and always listen to you, tests are done promptly... They are just amazing.

I explained my medical concern and then my problem with having a phone interview later in the day because of a bereavement in the family. The receptionist understood and arranged a meeting to suit my situation. The practice staff are always as helpful as they can be, even though the answer can be frustrating. Thank you.

The receptionist was great and I wasn’t on hold for very long. The doctor reached out very shortly after and was extremely helpful
