So the doctor and the nurse both were very professional, friendly, and informative. Both lovely ladies and the receptionist also very welcoming and helpful highly recommend. Thank you for such an excellent service.

I appealed to lead doctors for an earlier appointment and it was immediately approved. This delighted me and I was seen by a very sympathetic doctor . Excellent and thanks .

My Nurse on the day was efficient friendly and took time to give me details of the tests to be carried out and when the results would be available. Quick experience but not rushed. Should have taken her name. I called in at the surgery to make my appointment. Appointments by phone seem to be a different matter. Norma Meadows

I had a text message inviting me for an NHS Health Check. I couldn’t book the appointment on the NHS app which was disappointing. It only allowed blood test appointments so not sure why the facility is there if you can’t use it for your local surgery. Calling the surgery is hopeless so I walked there to make an appointment. I got an appointment within a couple of weeks which was fine as non urgent. I attended the appointment which was on time with no issues. Overall good but the booking process needs improving.

Unfortunately we do not have the facility for patients to book their NHS Health check on-line as often some additional information may be needed at the time of booking the appointment. I am sorry you have found it difficult to book the appointment via the telephone. Avoiding 8-10am and 2-3pm for booking nurse appointments is probably best. Janet Fry Practice Manager

Recently have had several appointments for various reasons. Doctor was very thorough and listened . By time I got home appointment for Nurse already arranged. Treatment by Nurse went well explained what was happening and results.
