If you are a working parent, I would not recommend this practice. The way they use their booking app and run their switchboard makes it very difficult for you to access care for your child if both parents work full time. I’ve been trying to book an appointment to seek a referral to Camhs for my son for several days now. I will have to book a day off work just to take a call to book an appointment. It’s a nightmare. Kids of working parents don’t need extra blockers to access childcare.

My mother and I have been trying to get an appointment for some time now, my mother fell and hit her head, this has caused her dizziness. She does not speak English and we have no time to call the surgery at 8am as we both work. I have tried to call during my lunch times but queues are long, their app is not working and they have no other ways of contact. I managed to call them and I asked how were we meant to get appointments and if they had an email I could use, the receptionist said no and we would have to wait until their app was working it’s been days and still doesn’t work. Definitely moving my mother from here as they are not helping which is their job.

I've been registered with this practice for the last 3 years and i received the worst service possible. I've been coming with sever period pain which was making me faint and throw up, didn't even get any painkillers and was told itll pass. never answer calls, wait time is an hour on the phone... don't answer dr iq requests. When i needed sick note I was waiting a week and a half for them to send it, two days before its expiry date. when called and confronted about it, didn't say a word. disgusting

I have been at the practice for some time now. I have not met or spoken to anyone who is less than professional. A great modern well run surgery. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Have already complained to NHS England regarding this practice. Now I am leaving it due to the practice keep messing around with my medication. I put in Prescriptions and the Clinicians don't bother sending prescriptions to the Pharmacy. I phoned up and complained multiple times and still nothing is done about it! The Clinicians at this surgery are dangerous and a threat to life!

Never have any appointments reception always unhelpful on this you can guarantee. Been with this practice since the start and they are just adding more patients all the time to get more money in. I think the only time you see an actual doctor must be when you need your death certificate signed. Always a call back and usually from pharmacist never a doctor.
