This surgery is the most efficient, caring and accommodating practice I have ever experienced. All the GP’s work so hard to provide the best service to their patients despite the tremendous pressure they are under, my last appointment with one of the doctors was very pleasant, he took the time to listen and I genuinely felt cared for. Nurse S is very professional, accommodating and caring. I recently had an appointment with her and found her to be vey professional. Shame we are not allowed to mention names but R who is admin staff was very helpful in respect of finding me a suitable appointment which fits in with my busy weeks schedule, she was also polite and professional. Great practice with great GP’s and staff.

Called in this afternoon (16/7/24) a little confused by how to get to see a doctor these days, not having done so for number of years, and was met at reception by very friendly, helpful and understanding receptionist who quickly sorted out all my difficulties and made an appointment for me. Her help very much appreciated, thanks!

Following fiasco of apparent non-appointment at Glen Road surgery this morning made way back to Stratford Village to sort things out and greatly assisted here by very helpful receptionist to see first class doctor. Thanks everybody at Stratford for all your help today.

Our family moved in this area recently and got registered with Stratford Villiage Surgery quickly. Health check appointments are recommended and arranged efficiently for my husband and myself. The nurse attending our health check performed pleasantly with her heartwarming skill and care. I was recommended to book blood test the next day and smear test in the afternoon, which is so efficient. She is cheerful and positive advices were heard all along. My experience in smear test in the afternoon was also smooth and pleasant, which was performed by another professional nurse. This GP service is so far highly recommended.

The receptionist I saw today was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me register online for patient access. There were many people at the desk and he helped numerous people at once whilst always keeping calm and professional. He is a credit to the practice.
